Forget that other lads' one star, this shop was a great experience, I bought a whole new Dell Laptop with Keyboard cover and mouse pad protector I'm glad the 880fv Classic bearing with 520gpi & also the fully OLED R.G.B. micro display on the calulator. Great Price! Good on ya Hodgie, you still work there, dont cha lad?, wanna watch the game when the seasons back on?

This place should be 5 stars, what an extravagant experience you have made. I will forever be amazed by the sheer quantity of processing devices. From Womb to Grave ill always be apart of Generation E. Can we appreciate the amount of effort GenE puts into making the BEST Computer-centric fest of Computa-Joy, get it? computer + joy, in the entire Northern Territorial Area of Sydney, not even the entire English Lexicon can explain how delighted i am with this experience, i cant wait to use this computer to get more land on the metaverse

Ordered a Yealink CP700 & CP900 from Generation-e as part of a pilot for a large health care provider to provide speakerphones to reps using iPad Pros. Through initial testing we found that Call Control didn't work with iPads at all. After a couple of weeks working with Yealink support and they confirmed in writing that it didn't work and said it would be 6+ months before the feature would be available. We let Generation-e know of the issue and our intent to return the devices. We wanted to move to a brand (Poly, which worked perfectly). Damien @ Generation-e made it as difficult as possible for us to return the products, making us wait three weeks while they followed up with Yealink even though I provided the entire Yealink support log to them. After Yealink re-confirmed the issue, Generation-e then asked us to provide evidence or documentation where it showed that Call Control was meant to work on an iPad. We had to literally send them a screenshot of a PDF linked from their own webpage proving to them that Call Control on an iPad was meant to work. One star, inflexible company if anything doesn't go to plan. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

The batteries were so powerful and high quality, sadly they exploded. I appreciate the sheer power efficiency these batteries were able to provide for my signage job but I feel you need to package them better.
