This place is trash, the employees are trash and the actual trash is amazingly abundant. Everything and everybody is late, nobody knows how to do their job or spends any time trying to help you, they will run panhandlers and homeless drug addicts off unless they are friends of the staff in such case they are free to pester the patrons at their liesure. Also be prepared for at least 3 hours or more to get anyplace on the T bus system, even if it's less than a mile away. The worst public transportation I have ever experienced.

Beautiful facility and a hidden jewel in Downtown Ft. Worth!! I have been fortunate to rent the spacious meeting room nestled upstairs...GORGEOUS. Plenty of media screens, professional environment, and a kitchenette. Everything you need in a rental location.

Have been going through there for years and have not had one issue with any thing the staff are polite and if they are not sure about something they research it. the security is well maintained and they are very professional in what they do. I would not move for any reason and i don't go and review something or some place without having gone multiple trips to it. Plus it helps to know before you go anywhere. So i have all the schedules and the system map on my wall so I can research before I go.

Employees are hard to find, for those who have questions about tickets for the TRE. Other riders will try to help you figure that out. For those who don't like homeless asking you for change, go to the T&P station down the road. T&P is little more difficult to figure out where the entrance is, but once you do, you're all set.

Most of the drivers need to have a different attitude && they know what they are getting into before they get the job. Homeless people an drug attics an they have a bad attitude towards most of us.

Good place always clean but they need to put some chairs it’s uncomfortable to stand. And those covers don’t cover the sun or rain I don’t know why they put them.

Ft. Worth train station nice and clean restrooms. Cordial workers not particularly friendly but not rude. Pretty place for pictures.

It's all kinds of people
everywhere so this shouldn't be the exception. No one mess with you, plenty of security, I will definitely ride again.
