I have had ins here for many years. My rate has steadily went up despite having a clean record. And 2 times I have had policy's lapse despite asking to be called. Because I drive otr and have not recieved so much as a email. Kathy did call but she was going to shop around and call me back before it lapsed and failed to do so. Then argued with me that she did call me. I do not feel my business was appreciated.
