Wir haben heute eine Tour über den gesamten Flughafen von Gerald dem Operation Manager bekommen. Es war super interessant und Gerald hat alles ausgiebig erklärt. Wir konnten sogar auf der Runway fahren und durften auf den Tower. Vielen Dank für dieses tolles Erlebnis an alle Beteiligten!

Utilized this airport when arriving here on holiday. As our first official stop on our tour of the British overseas territories, my impression wasn't the best, since the insane crosswinds caused extreme difficulty in landing. Not only was it a scary experience, but it also delayed things quite a bit. We were on a very tight schedule and after 4 times circling around and attempts to land we finally made it. Because of this delay, we missed our Uber and also our dinner reservations over at Tasty Bites. Anyway, aside from the previously mentioned issues, the airport itself was nice and clean, and not crowded like the one back home. Nice change of pace and scenery. Overall a pleasant experience.
