I went in to test drive two SUV's. After my test drive I spoke with Carrie about my options on both SUV's. Carrie is amazing and knows her information. She broke down all the information that I required. The next day, I called Carrie and told her that I decided on the GMC Terrain. Once I purchased the Terrain I had a minor issue and Carrie and Chris went above and beyond to assist me with this issue!!! I love my new car. I am so very blessed to have met and done business with Carrie and Chris!!! My family will come here from now on!!! If I could give you a 1000 stars I would!!! 8 months ago I started looking for a car and went to several dealerships to begin the process. I went back to C&C downtown motors. Carrie made the process completely simple. She is excellent to deal with and very forthright and honest about everything. I've never been offered any type of a warranty with a used car yet I was offered not only a 3-month warranty but an optional 6 month warranty for around $100. I would recommend anyone to go to C&C downtown motors. I know I will not be going anywhere else from now on for my cars.

I have bought two vehicles from them upon returning from many years in China, no credit history, and they did not know me. They worked with me on what I could afford for monthly payments, never hassled me when payments were late or could not pay, just tacked it on to the end of payment period. When had flat tire or something, they sent their guy out to help me, gave me free loaner, etc. I love these two wonderful ladies with kind Christian hearts! I have driven my 2004 van almost 100,000 miles since buying it from the, it's still running like a charm and looks good. If you don't have much down payment money, bad or no credit, these ladies are your friend when nobody else will help you into a vehicle!

The ladies were very nice. I bought the car in late April and in the beginning of October it started messing up. We have put so much money in to this car that we can't even drive. Have been to many mechanics and have fixed literally everything that was wrong with it and still can't drive it. Mechanic's don't even know what's wrong either and most of them think they just made it drivable so it could be sold. It just sucks. Not reliable. Can't trust the car and very scared to drive it.

bought vehicle 3 months ago and has been in the shop more than we have driven. worst vehicles in town, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I put quite a bit down to get what I thought would be a good used car and have had nothing but bad luck. Owner will not give me my down payment back so we are stuck putting lots of money into this vehicle.
